Category I: REGULAR MEMBERSHIP

If you are a Colorado cemetery, you fall into this category.

1. Fee Structure: 75 cents per interment, entombment, and cremation service performed during the previous calendar year. $75.00 minimum, $400.00 maximum.
2. Your number of interments/entombments/cremation services per year: If you have 100 or less per year, your membership dues are $75.00. If you have in excess of 100 per year, please multiply your number by 75 cents to determine your dues. Keep in mind that $400.00 is the maximum dues.
3. I am mailing a check for $ made payable to CAC.

Category II: SUPPLIER MEMBERSHIP

Your membership dues are $50.00 per year.

Category III: ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

If you are not a Colorado cemetery or a supplier, you belong here.

Your membership dues are $25.00 per year.

I am mailing a check for $25.00 made payable to CAC.

Category IV: LIFE OR HONORARY MEMBERSHIP

Your membership dues are waived. However, if you still work for a cemetery, the dues for the cemetery are still due.

• 1ST TIMERS – 50% OFF FIRST YEAR MEMBERSHIP.
• 2 YEARS OR MORE SINCE RENEWING – 50% OFF RENEWAL.

Monies are due by March 31, 2011.

A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed on any membership paid after this date.
